Women's Group: Museum of Tolerance

Sunday, March 15, 2020 19 Adar 5780

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM9786 West Pico Blvd.

The Museum of Tolerance (MOT) is the educational arm of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, an international organization working to promote human rights around the world.

Visitors to the museum are taken on a thought-provoking and soul-searching interactive journey. We will explore the power of words, and the causes and consequences of prejudice and discrimination through examples of current and historical events, everyday discrimination to genocide, and we will consider how assuming responsibility can make a difference.

Rina Shapira, a long-time tour guide at the MOT and lay leader at Ohr HaTorah, will guide us on this journey.

Please arrive at the museum at 9:50 to meet up with the Ohr HaTorah group and to purchase your ticket ($12).

The tour is approximately two hours.

You may join everyone for an informal lunch immediately following the tour at a nearby restaurant (TBD).

Free parking available in the museum parking structure.

Sorry, Registration has ended.
