1. Recorded Lectures and Classes (On-Demand Content)

All purchases of pre-recorded content are non-refundable. Once access has been granted to digital content, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We encourage you to read descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any technical issues accessing your content, please reach out to us at office@ohrhatorah.org, and we’ll be happy to assist.

2. Live Online Classes or Events

• Cancellations by Participant: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
   

• Late Cancellations: Requests made within 48 hours of the class or event are non-refundable, though we may offer credit toward a future class at our discretion.
   

• No-Shows: Participants who do not attend a live session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
   

3. Online Donations

All donations made through our website or affiliated platforms are final and non-refundable per IRS regulations. Donations are considered gifts to support our mission and programming. We thank you for your generosity and spiritual partnership.
